Had to walk a distance from lobby, then change 2 lifts to reach the apartment. The briefing by staff took too long, very lengthy & complicated.

There is no microwave in the kitchen. And would be good if they provide washing liquid for dishes.

Our stay at Itaipei Service Apartment was great! The apartment was clean, spacious, and conveniently located right on top of the main station. The separate dining, bedroom, and living areas made it feel like a home away from home. The laundry facilities and provided hangers and laundry detergent were a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel! It's right in the city center, close to everything, and near a supermarket. Transportation is also easily accessible, with MRT, train, and bus stations nearby. The staff were amazing and very helpful, going above and beyond when I left my room key in a restaurant. The room was spacious and well-designed, plus the daily restocking of supplies was very helpful.

The rooms at Itaipei Service Apartment were so cozy and homey. They had everything you could ask for, from a fully-equipped kitchenette to a satellite flat-screen TV. I loved how each unit had its own washing machine too. It really felt like a home away from home.

Personally, I found the satellite flat-screen TV a bit small for my liking. But hey, different strokes for different folks, right?

The location of the place is definitely one of its best aspects, with easy access to public transportation including MRT, HSR, and TRA. it is situated right next to a shopping mall which is very convenient. The facilities of the room are also great, especially the washing machine which came in handy for our long stay.

We had a few negative experiences during our stay. The receptionists were not very friendly, with one of them even eating while welcoming us with a mechanical tone.

Excellent Location: just above the Q Square shopping mall and opp to the train station. That means lots of shops and eating places. The 2 bedroom apartment we had was clean and nicely decorated.

Staff was friendly but their command of English was only fair. I esp annoyed with a staff with a email of kay12345. It took me 5 mail mails & some nasty words in order to get a confirmation of my reservation from her and she did not even bother to answer my question regarding what was the best way to get from the airport to the hotel.

1. Its location: Main train station is a short walk from the apartment, makes catching hst, mrt very easy. 2. Room is spacious, modern, clean and with a private washing machine/dryer in the balcony, washing cloth while on holidays has never been so easy and convenient.
